Kog ce ti vraga tu posni? Tijelo u jednom obroku moze iskoristit oko 30g proteina. Sve vise od toga ide u salo ( ovisi jesi u deficitu ili suficitu ) . U 100g piletine ( sirovo vagano ) ti ima cca 30g proteina i to ti je dosta za jedan obrok. Posni sacuvaj za sljedeci obrok ili veceru. Riza je super, posebno integralna.
Nije baš istina da će ići u salo. Ali da, bolje čuvaj taj posni za večeru ili pred spavanje, ili ako baš nemaš mesa da se opskrbiš proteinima onda pojedi sira.
