Ovo kaj imaš nije nikakav TN nego samo informacija da je je nešto otišlo iz njihove špediterske kompanije sa kojom rade,najvjerojatnije prema tebi.TN vjerojatno nečeš ni dobiti jer ja imam isti slučaj.

Vjerojatno bude sve u redu, i malo si prerano pokrenuo spor kod PP ali sasvim razumljivo kad sa njihove strane nije išlo onak kak bi trebalo.
Pazi da ti ne istekne rok za claim kod PP,tak da zadnjeg dana spora ako ne dobiješ pošiljku obavezno digni claim.
