i sjetim se da mi je danas pao na pod ujutro dok je zvonio alarm ali niš mu nije bilo...i tako ja ga bacim opet na pod sa 50cm, pa onda još jednom...i paf upali se...

The warranty has a coverage, if the problem is cause by human factor it is not cover by the warranty and customer need to pay for the repair free. But if the problem is casuse by the phone itself, they will repair it. If the repair need some repair part, it also need to pay by customer. We will advance notice you when you need to pay for the repair cost.
Because it will takes lots of time to send the phone back for repair. Usually it will takes about four months including the shipping time. It maybe effect your use. Also it will takes a lot on the shipping free and the taxes.
We suggest you to check your phone in a local service center to find out the problem of the phone first. You can consider the cost of repair in local to decide whether to send the phone back for repair.
A ovaj gore dio mi nije jasan da on mora platiti rezervni dio ? a mob pod garancijom, znači da zbog silnih komplikacija garancije kao da ni nemamo i još treba platiti za dio iako je u garanciji...
