Help!
27.kolovoza sam naručio 5 Lenovo A820 uređaja. Stigli su 11.rujna. Četiri uređaja smo odmah pustili u pogon, a jedan smo upalili tek neki dan. Pokazalo se da je baš taj jedan neispravan. Problem se vidi na
videu, znači ekran se razlijeva i totalno je čudan.
Kontaktirao sam njihov support i priložio video uz objašnjenje problema, na što su mi oni odgovorili:

We check that you received the phone on 11th, September. The phone have been used for a period of time. So sorry that we can not send you a new phone or give you the refund. But the phone is in the warranty period and it can be repaired.
The warranty has a coverage, if the problem is cause by human factor it is not cover by the warranty and customer need to pay for the repair free. But if the problem is casuse by the phone itself, they will repair it. If the repair need some repair part, it also need to pay by customer. We will advance notice you when you need to pay for the repair cost.
Because it will takes lots of time to send the phone back for repair. Usually it will takes about four months including the shipping time. It maybe effect your use. Also it will takes a lot on the shipping free and the taxes.
We suggest you to check your phone in a local service center to find out the problem of the phone first. You can consider the cost of repair in local to decide whether to send the phone back for repair.

Znači čovjek mi objašnjava (čitajući između redova) ako mu pošaljem mobitel, da će mi naplatiti trošak i to će trajati 4 mjeseca. Neisplativo u svakom slučaju.
Pa bi molio vas za pomoć, što je s tim mobitelom? Da li je to krepao ekran ili nešto drugo? Jer ako je je ekran, da se naručiti novi jer nisu skupi... Što učiniti?
