Ima tko kakvih konkretnih iskustava sa resend/refund?
Evo meni za pošiljku poslanu od njih 14.09. nude ovo:

Maybe it's a lost package.But don't worry ,we are highly responsible for our clients ,if you agree, we can resend to you,but it is an exception this time. Is that ok to you ?or do you want a refund ?
By the way ,could you add a tracking number for the package this time in order to avoid losing agian ?

I suggest you to add a trackng number ,because if it is lost agian ,we don't have any responsibility any more.
