U paypalu moraš aktivirati da ti sjeda novac sa paypala na kreditnu.
I to sjeda svakog petog u mjesecu i naplaćuju 5$ za mjesec ako ima prebacivanja sa paypala na kreditnu.
Sve pare koje imaš na paypalu, svakog 5og (čini mi se) u mjesecu će ti prebacivati na kreditnu.
Znači ako ti prebaci te pare, paypal će ti skinuti 5$ za taj mjesec. Ako nemaš ništa na paypalu neće ti naplatiti. Tako sam ja to shvatio zadnji put.

Accept payments worldwide

You can accept payments worldwide in dozens of currencies, including U.S. Dollars, Euros, British Pounds, and Yen. Receive payments on eBay, on your own website, and by email.
To use the payments you've received, withdraw them from your available balance to your Visa card issued in Croatia or your bank account in the U.S. at any time. Also, your available balance is automatically transferred on the first day of every month.
Your pending balance

Payments you receive go to your pending balance. Payments in your pending balance belong to you, but you can't use or withdraw them, usually for 30 days. After that, pending payments go to your available balance, as long as your customer hasn't reported any problems with the purchase.
After you have a successful selling history with us, payments you receive go directly into your available balance.
About fees

With PayPal, you don't normally pay set-up charges, downgrade penalties, or cancellation charges. When you receive payments, we charge you some fees. For details, see the PayPal User Agreement.
Fees also apply to some types of withdrawals.
