mi smo par mjesta iza italije, pa da je i došlo do tog slučaja da se ni na koji drugi način nemože odlučiti onda bi se pomoću toga odlučilo

Sta ti tu nije jasno? Koeficijent bi se gledo tek nakon jednake gol razlike, i jednakog broja postignutih golova.
