iako nisam baš siguran što misliš pod točkom broj 2, mislim da MikroTik routeri podržavaju 3G kartice (preko USB-a ili PCMCIA)... istraži malo po njihovom siteu (wiki, forum) pa možda nađeš neko riješenje tamo...
