The trick is to open the NDD.EXE that is in your Windows\Command folder. Select Options and disable the CMOS Partition checking. Be sure to save your changes on the way out. Also be sure to have current backups of your partition table and CMOS settings at all times, in the form of Rescue disks, if you disable these tests.
You should not have to delete an NU files, but do turn off the System Doctor, or remove the Image, Fragmentation and Disk Health sensors from it.
