To recover your email address, follow these steps:
Visit the PayPal website at www.paypal.co.uk
Click ‘Problem with login?’ under the ‘Log In’ button.
Choose 'I've forgotten my email address' and enter up to 3 different email addresses which you may have registered on the PayPal account.
Enter the security code by typing the letters and numbers shown then click ’Continue’.
If we are able to identify your email address from one you entered you can then choose to log in with your password or create a new password if you cannot remember it.
If we are unable to identify your email address you can try 3 different email addresses or click ‘try a different method’.
If you choose to try a different method, you will be asked to fill in some personal information then click ‘Submit’.
We will try to identify you from this information; if successful you will be asked to verify your identity and then you will be able to create a new password.
