pritisni ctrl+alt+del i onda u procesima vidi jesu li ti mozda ti fajlovi pokrenuti i ako jesu iskljuci ih i probaj izbrisati. ako to ne upali, instaliraj tuneup utilities 2004 i tu imas program shredder s kojim bi to trebao moci izbrisati. neku vrstu shreddera imas i sa mcafee-om.
