As it seems, Blizzard's community manager Bashiok hinted that Blizzard Entertainment will have a surprise in their store for this upcoming Hallow's End event that will take a place from October 18 - October 31. This can be interpreted differently but in case you take in count that Diablo 3 was told to be released in Q4 2011, it gives us a full right to say that Diablo 3 might be released with a WoW Hallow's End especially after you read the Bashiok's post.
