Da li tko u Zagrebu ima problema s osciliranjem pinga preko vikenda?

Evo bas gledam, preko CIX-a Optima je neupotrebljiva ping uzasno oscilira, a prema Internetu ping skace i do 100ms vise nego sto je uobicajeno.

Definitivno najgori ISP koji sam probao u Zagrebu.
