Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival (Sept 22th,2010) is around the corner, DX team, including Customer Service and Order Fulfillment Center, will take two days off for this holiday and back to work on Sept 24th,2010.
And the following National Day (Oct 1st, 2010), we will be off from Oct 1st, 2010 to Oct 3rd, 2010 as well.
During the holidays, you will still be able to place orders for any items on our website, but your CSE tickets and unshipped orders will probably be held. We will strive to clear up the backlog of tickets and existing orders before and after the holiday.
Please accept our sincerely apologies if any inconvenience it may caused you. Your understandings are highly appreciated.
***Update***
{2010.10.04}The CS team and Fulfilment center are back to work today and we're getting down to process the unawser tickets and the delayed orders. All processing are in queue, should you have waited a bit, please allow us a few more days, we will catch up as soon as possible. We appreciated your understanding and patience.
{2010.10.05}Currently, you may find your order(s) on hold even though the items purchased are available in stock. Besides the holiday, the delay was caused by a system upgrade which launched on 28th Sept, 2010.
With the new system, all the stock information has been corrected and we are able to purchase what exactly customers needed from the suppliers. In other words, we will be able to view the accurate stock information in nearly future. Most orders on hold are actually available for shipment, but because of a backlog orders from the holiday and the appropriate adjustments made on warehouse and fulfillment center base on the new system, the order processing therefore has to be put off for some extend. Anyway, all the adjustments have been done at present.
We understand the importance of timely receipt of the orders and we will spare no effort to complete your orders in the following days.
