PeerBlock is a free open source application which is a fork of PeerGuardian.[1] PeerBlock is capable of blocking incoming and outgoing connections based on IP block lists. Besides subscribing to pre-made blocklists from external sources which may be updated via a list manager, PeerBlock is also capable of blocking custom ranges, depending upon user preferences.
