Yeah this should work fine not to worry, because actually you are combining a Geforce GTX 295 with another GeForce GTX 295, same card type only the shape is different but both cards have the same G200-400-B2 GPU's they also both have the same 896MB 448Bit GDDR3 per GPU, it's only their layout that differs

You can eevn add a GTX 295 Co-Op FTW Edition along side a GeForce GTX 295 Red Edition for example,,this is possible because different GPU and ram speeds shall not make a deal because the bios of each card is the same, they are both GTX 295's nothing more nor nothing less
