well the group that is working on the dedicated mod have been contacted by infinity ward and have been told to stop development using the original exe files or risk legal action. Once again nice work IW Keep up the good work people.

STARTED WORK AS OF 11-1 I HAVE 3-09 AT 4 PM EST. WE PLAN ON FINISHING OFF A WAY TO HOST DEDICATED SERVERS! PENDING ANY ACTION FROM ACTIVISION OR IW, WE WILL PUBLICLY RELEASE. IF WE WILL NOT BE SUED. OTHERWISE, IT WILL REMAIN PRIVATE.
