Frankly, at this stage of the developments one cannot rely upon the words of a Community Manager for there is a great deal more at stake here. Any changes to the current plans must come in the form of an Official Announcement. One must consider their contractual agreements with Microsoft, Steam and a myriad of other services providers.

Then, one must examine the amounts of money already exchanged. Especially between Microsoft and Activision for XBOX preferential access and promotion. Then comes the added expense of an adequate AC. Will they go for PB or, just give us the Dedicated Servers with NO AC?

Its certain the IW-NET is contracted for and in place ready for release day. That in itself did not and does not come cheap. If however, they turn the Dedicated code back on in the .EXE and allocate bandwidth for the Master Servers then fine, they will have done the right thing. In relying upon my experience, I'd say they are dug in too deep and will not yield.
