Citiraj:
It's a Samsung ARM11 @ 800 MHz - not in the league of A8/Snapdragon, but it'll be faster than the ancient Marvell X-Scales (ARMv5), the Qualcomm ARM11 chips, and Tegra's CPU (600 MHz ARM11).

The Omnia II's S3C6410 is the successor to the iPhone/iPhone 3G's S3C6400 (@667 MHz underclocked to 412 MHz). 6410 is built at 65nm vs. 90 nm for the 6400, and it has a 3D GPU, which the 6400 lacks. The 6410 is also found (at 533 MHz) in the Acer F900, M900, X960, and DX650-- and, interestingly, in the Meizu M8 (at 667 MHz).

Samsung claims OpenGL ES 2.0 support, so in terms of API support, it's on par with the latest chips. Overall 3D performance should be comparable to the iPhone/3G's PowerVR MBX-Lite. I couldn't find GLBenchmark scores or app performance data for the 6410 yet, but here's info based on the rated specs for various chips:

Current Mobile GPUs: Triangles/sec, Fill Rate

PowerVR MBX-Lite (iPhone 3G): 1 M triangles/s, 100 M pixels/s
Samsung S3C6410 (Omnia II): 4 M triangles/s, 125.6 M pixels/s
PowerVR SGX 520 (Palm Pre): 14 M triangles/s, ___ M pixels/s
ATI Imageon Z430 (Toshiba TG01): 22 M triangles/s, 133 M pixels/s
PowerVR SGX 535 (iPhone 3GS): 28 M triangles/s, 400 M pixels/s

Future Mobile GPUs:

PowerVR SGX 540 (TI OMAP4): 35 M triangles/s, 1000 M pixels/s
Nvidia Tegra APX2500 (Zune HD): 40 M triangles/s, 600 M pixels/s
ATI Imageon _ (Qualcomm QSD8672): 80 M triangles/s, >500 M pixels/s

As a side-note, this means the iPhone 3GS' graphic chip may very well be faster than the Toshiba TG01's first-gen (QSD8250) Snapdragon. The next Snapdragon (QSD8672, the dual-core 45nm model in the new Smartbooks) has the latest GPU from the former ATI Imageon team (now part of Qualcomm), which demolishes the PowerVRs and Tegra. Unfortunately it probably won't be hitting phones for a while, so looks iPhone 3GS is top dog for now. Tegra's GPU is fast, but its slow ARM11 CPU will hold it back in general performance.

Another interesting side-note-- the Intel GMA500 chipset (used in dozens of netbooks) uses the PowerVR SGX 535 GPU. Clock speed is faster than in iPhone 3GS, but it looks like we've reached the point where phones are using the same chips as full-blown Windows PCs...
Citiraj:
Yep- Snapdragon's CPU is slightly faster clock-for-clock than reference Cortex A8 implementations (e.g. OMAP3), so at 600 MHz, it should be slightly faster than the iPhone 3GS' CPU (600 MHz Samsung A8) and about twice as fast as Tegra's CPU (600 MHz ARM11).

Here's an updated version of my table above with a few more mobile GPUs and a bunch of console GPUs added for reference:

Current Mobile GPUs: Triangles/sec, Fill Rate

Nintendo DS: 120,000 triangles/s, 30 M pixels/s
PowerVR MBX-Lite (iPhone 3G): 1 M triangles/s, 100 M pixels/s
Samsung S3C6410 (Omnia II): 4 M triangles/s, 125.6 M pixels/s
ATI Imageon (Qualcomm MSM72xx): 4 M triangles/s, 133 M pixels/s
PowerVR SGX 520 (Palm Pre): 14 M triangles/s, ___ M pixels/s
ATI Imageon Z430 (Toshiba TG01): 22 M triangles/s, 133 M pixels/s
PowerVR SGX 535 (iPhone 3GS): 28 M triangles/s, 400 M pixels/s
Sony PSP: 33 M triangles/s, 664 M pixels/s

Future Mobile GPUs:

PowerVR SGX 540 (TI OMAP4): 35 M triangles/s, 1000 M pixels/s
Nvidia Tegra APX2500 (Zune HD): 40 M triangles/s, 600 M pixels/s
ATI Imageon _ (Qualcomm QSD8672): 80 M triangles/s, >500 M pixels/s

Reference Console GPUs:

Nintendo 64 (SGI): 150,000 triangles/s, __ M pixels/s
Sony PlayStation (Sony): 360,000 triangles/s, 66 M pixels/s
Sega Dreamcast (PowerVR): 5 M triangles/s, 100 M pixels/s
Nintendo GameCube (ATI Flipper): 20 M triangles/s, 648 M pixels/s
Sony PlayStation 2 (Sony GS): 66 M triangles/s, 2352 M pixels/s
Nintendo Wii (ATI Hollywood): 100 M triangles/s, 972 M pixels/s
Microsoft Xbox (Nvidia GF3/4): 125 M triangles/s, 1000 M pixels/s
Sony PlayStation 3 (Nvidia GF7800): 250 M triangles/s, 16000 M pixels/s
Microsoft Xbox 360 (ATI R500): 500 M triangles/s, 24000 M pixels/s

The "Imageon+" refers to the core integrated into the MSM72xx, while the "Imageon LT" is the Z430 built into MSM8250 (Snapdragon) and MSM7850 (which appears to be an ARM11 + Z430 but never shipped in phones). Interestingly, they seem to refer to LT (Z430) as providing "Xbox 360 graphics scaled for mobile devices," heh..
