Solidni su čitači (ako medij nije previše izgreban), sporo ripanje i problem s čitanjem određenih DVD+RW. Ima zato dobro vrijeme pristupa, čita 90 i 99 min. CD-ove, nije bučan, dobre preformanse s CD-RW medijima i DVD-R/RW.
