This board is a full ATX mainboard and uses all solid caps. It supportsr Socket AM3 processors: AMD PhenomTM II X4 / X3 / X2 (except 920 / 940) and Athlon II X4 / X3 / X2 processors of up to 140W. AMD's OverDrive with ACC, AMD Live, Cool n Quiet are all supported. The north bridge used is AMD 785G and it is paired up with South bridge SB710. It supports 4 X DDR3 dimm slots that can be run in DDR3-1600 in overclocked mode. A total of 16GB is supported. On board are expansion Slot - 3 x PCI Express 2.0 x16 slots (green @ x16 mode, blue @ x8 mode, orange @ x4 mode) and 1 x PCI Express 2.0 x1 slot and 2 x PCI slots. The PCIe full length slots support CrossFire X, Hybrid CrossFireX and 3 way CrossFire X.

For those who intend to ues the integrated graphics, it comes with a Radeon HD 4200 Graphics that supports DX10.1 and PS 4.0. Shared memory of up too 512MB can be used. The board also incorporates a 128M side port memory running DDR3 at 1333MHz (1200MHz). It is said that the iGPU can be o/c to 1GHz easily. For display output, it supports D-SUB, DVI-D and HDMI(HDCP). UVD2 supports the full HD 1080p bluray playback with low cpu utilisation with 7.1 ch audio usin Realtek ALC888 Codec. Other featrures include optical SPDIF, eSATAII, 1394, RAID 0,1,10, JBOD.
