Thank you for your reply.
Sadly due to a number of people falsely claiming CD-Keys if users are unable to provide an image of their receipt we now require users to submit the image of their game with some from of identification i.e. piece of paper with their written email address on the game disk.
Please accept my apologies however this is necessary to protect users who have legally purchased ‘The Club’.
