It is most intriguing how you present your latest M9138 and M9148 products, while for months you offer not even a glimpse of product support to any of your products? Tried and true with both EU and Canadian support office. Perhaps both support and those new products of yours are being offered in some parallel dimension? If so, could you please point us how to obtain proper communication with such sphere? If by any chance, some living entity, preferably humanoid still resides within Matrox headquarters... could you kindly communicate such abilities to your handful of loyal customers who are still crazy to entertain the very idea of purchasing your latest M range - while served with zero respect/support at the same time!

Thanks for your email but I have checked my archive and apparently the German office has never received any info from you.
However, Matrox is an Canadian Company with subsidiaries for sales in UK, Germany, Asia and America. Logistics is settled in Ireland. Technical Support is exclusively provided by Headquarter (graph_TS@matrox.com) We always try to offer the best service possible to our customers in each territory.
