oscilacije u mreži su problem naših ISP-ova (u RH). dugo me već muči taj problem s hrpetinom servera i rješenje se ne nazire. pokušaj npr. pingat iz neke druge europske zemlje (npr. Irske)... link je skroz okej... 160ms i nema oscilacija. but worry not ! planiramo postaviti u RH mali caching proxy... samo da nađemo dovoljno dobro serverče/hosting/link :-/ ... a brijem da smo i to već našli, samo se moramo dogovoriti.
