Event log service is unavailable. Verify that the services is running.

U servisima EventLog servis je upaljen i na automatic je, ali nije aktivan.
Kada ga pokrenem poruka glasi :

Windows could not start the Windows Event Log service on local computer.

Error 5: Access is denied.

Može neka dobra duša za pomoc ?
