Just to clarify, ATI/AMD is a little misleading when they promote this as anything related to the GPU. Rather, it's an added feature you get as in "software suite".

That said, ATI's xcode is a very nice implementation if you just want something that works fast - and takes advantage of the dual core nature of your CPU.

ATI really should instead bundle this with CPUs rather than GPUs since the CPU is doing the work.

Even more it works on ANY video boards, not only ATI ones.
