Benchmarked at 21.5 FPS at 1360 * 768 and 20.2 FPS 1680 * 1050.
No option for Vsync; I have horrible Vsync issues. Tearing is very evident in all cut scences and while driving at night. This is a problem that may be particular to the MSI Nvida 8800GT as in every PC game I have to turn Vsync to on or I have the stated issue.
The game play is poor, unfortunately, with such low FPS. No matter what settings I have I get the same FPS which I find weird. I can have Very High rendering or Low rendering and the FPS are + or - 1. Same with resolution, density and other variables (including view distance)
Also, logitech game pad does not work at the moment. Keyboard / mouse clicks are EXTREMELY sluggish as well.
