Evo, našao sam nešto, ali samo za određenu tipkovnicu:
Response Rate The keyboard response rate is the amount of time you must press on a key before IntelliKeys responds. A user may touch extra or unwanted keys while reaching for a specific key causing errors. The response time of the keyboard can be adjusted to minimize activating unwanted keys. There are 15 Response Rate settings for the IntelliKeys keyboard. The default setting is 15, no delay. When set at 15, the keyboard responds immediately when a key is pressed. Setting the keyboard response at a lower rate requires a longer time for the user to press the key. The numbers in between 1 and 15 correspond to time delays from approximately 0 to 2 seconds. To change the Response Rate to 10, press the key labeled Response Rate under Touch Features on the top left of the overlay. 3. Press the key on the number pad labeled 10. 4. Remove the Setup Overlay from IntelliKeys. You will hear a beep. 5. Place the Basic Writing Overlay on the keyboard. 6. Type the word “delay” using the IntelliKeys keyboard. You will notice that you must press the key for a slightly longer time. 7. To change the Response Rate to a very long delay, place the Setup Overlay in IntelliKeys. 8. Press the Response Rate key and then press the number 2 on the number pad. 9. Remove the Setup Overlay from IntelliKeys and insert the Basic Writing Overlay. 10. Type “long” using the IntelliKeys keyboard. You should notice a long delay in the response rate. 11. Change the Response Rate setting back to 15 using the Setup Overlay. Press the Response Rate key. Press the number 15 in the number pad. 13. Place the Basic Writing Overlay on the IntelliKeys keyboard and test the response rate.
Ne vidi se ovdje nešto posebno, ali ispada da je moguće naštimat response time. Na par mjesta sam našao da je odziv tipkovnice 12ms. Sad, je li tome za vjerovati...

čini mi se da je ovo kaj si ti našao vezano uz dissability, dakle netko sa motoričkim problemima ko nemre baš točno pogoditi slovo koje hoće pa onda mora duže držati tipku da ju comp prihvati. to je neka specijalna tipkovnica.

ali piše:

'When set at 15, the keyboard responds immediately when a key is pressed.' i to mi se sviđa jer to bi značilo da glumi običnu tipkovnicu gdje je response trenutačan. fora je u tome kaj 'trenutačno' ne znači isto meni i njemu.
