Probaj ovak:

Close DVBViewer
Go to the DVBViewer folder Filters

eg. C:\Program Files\DVBViewer\Filters

and open Unregister_DVBSource.exe
then open Register_DVBSource.exe

Then open DVBViewer once again and it should work properly
