Nemojte se prerano radovati 24" S-IPS monitoru za 5000 kuna.
HP have recently released details of a new 24" screen in their range, and already it has picked up a fair bit of interest due to it's listed S-IPS panel. HP have the details on their official website as follows: 1920 x 1200 resolution, 6ms G2G response time, 1000:1 contrast ratio, 400 cd/m2 brightness, 178/178 viewing angles and 92% NTSC gamut.
While the screen is labelled as S-IPS technology, there are a few issues with this and their listed spec which seem to contradict one another. There aren't any S-IPS panels which match that listed spec and it certainly looks more like one of Samsung's S-PVA panels than S-IPS technology with it's 6ms G2G / 12ms ISO response time and 92% NTSC gamut. We will wait and see, but it's hard to judge at the moment. Let's hope the listing of "S-IPS" is accurate.
