Kako rješit "Run time error 429"

Pri startanju jedne aplikacije pojavljuje mi se ova greška. Reinstalirao sam aplikaciju i office, ali nije pomoglo.
Windowsi su XP Profesional.
Ima li kakvo rješenje osim reinstalacije windowsa?
