Probaj upalit u safe modu:

Follow these steps to start up into safe mode.

Start or restart your Mac.
Immediately after you hear the startup sound, press and hold the Shift key.
Release the Shift key when you see the Apple logo appear on the screen.

After the Apple logo appears, it might take longer than usual to reach the login screen or your desktop. This is because your Mac performs a directory check of your startup disk as part of safe mode.

To leave safe mode, restart your computer without pressing any keys during startup.

Udi u Restore (CMD + R) i pokusaj Repair Disk s Disk Utility-jem ili vratiti backup iz Time Machine-a (ako postoji). Zadnja opcija ti je reinstalirati OS X.

Prohibitory symbol

When you see a circle with a slash symbol instead of the Apple logo, it means your Mac couldn't find a valid System Folder to start up from.
If you're using your Mac at a school or business, it might be trying to start from the wrong version of OS X. Contact your IT department for more help.
If this is your personal Mac, try reinstalling OS X by using OS X Recovery.

Evo riješeno..ušao u safe mode napravio restart i poslije toga normalno diže..
