XFX to Enter Power Supply Market with 850 W Black Edition 'XFX are getting ready to announce their first power supply line at Computex Taipei 2009 next month. The first of which has been dubbed the 850 W Black Edition (XPS-850W-BES), which follows suit of many of their Black Edition graphics cards. It is a modular PSU featuring 88% effeciency and sports a 70A single 12v rail capped at 840 W. It would seem XFX are taking this seriously as the combined output across all of the wattage caps is in excess of 1,000 W. According to the slides the PSU features 105°C Japanese brand capacitors, +/-3% voltage regulation, solid polymer caps, and a 135mm ball bearing fan. Izgleda strava, ali me zanima i možebitna buka. Inače svi proizvođači sada ulaze u neke druge vode, XFX napajanja, Ati grafike .... Još malo pa ćemo imati Zalman MBO :D |

Nije Sapphire jedini. Mogu se kladiti da i Mushkin samo lijepi svoje naljepnice na tuđa napajanja.

Kako got bilo, imaju vrlo hrabar dizajn. Morate priznati da su im proizvodi vrlo prepoznatljivi, novije serije maticnih ploca, novije serije grafi (tj coolera na njima)

Izgleda vrlo lijepo, klasična XFX zelena i crna kombinacija.
Zna li se koja bi mogla biti očekivana cijena. Makar mi ovo 88% izgleda malkoc prenapumpano... |
Izgleda sexy :D
Al ne svida mi se to sto je na jednom railu +12V, pa makar i tolke snage. |

nije sad neka shema da svi imaju po 3 raila, ali ako jednome fali struje onda mu ostali priskacu u pomoc...dakle jedan rail :D

Mislim da ispod 1600kn nece biti, ako uopće dođe ikada kod nas.
Ako bude skupo kao ovo, ne znam tko će to kupiti. :D |
Posto je Seasonic u pitanju, odnosno X900 (ilitiga PC P&C Silencer 750), vrlo vjerojatno ce biti debelo iznad 1k kn ... neisplativo, bez obzira na izgled i originalnost :kafa:

'XFX entrusts the cooling of their first PSU to an Adda 135mm ball bearing fan. Adda’s fans are amongst the most reliable you can use nowadays, which justifies XFX’s selection. The 135mm ball bearing fan has a maximum rotational speed of 2050RPM, at which speed it creates air flow equal to 89.3 CFM and noise equal to 37.8dB(A). That would be a lot of noise for home systems but this fan is controlled by a logic circuit inside the PSU and should never rotate anywhere near its actual maximum speed.' 'XFX chose Seasonic to be their OEM partner and it appears that Seasonic have returned with one of their finest base designs. After opening the chassis of the Black Edition we easily noticed that it is based on the same design as the extremely popular M12D unit.' Vrlo kvalitetno napajanje, ali uz jednu manu ... 200-300 kn (~30E) skuplji od HX850 na geizhals.
