Sad Red Bull uzvraća Mercedesu i čini mi se da traži neko dodatno pojašnjenje oko senzora za temperaturu zraka koji prolazi kroz hladnjak. Cold air brings more power
The suspicion was fuelled because, according to GPS data, the Silver Arrows gain massive time when accelerating out of slow corners. In fact, at Silverstone and in Budapest, one could get the impression that the Mercedes pick up speed like a torpedo in direct comparison with the competition, but are not necessarily faster at the end of the straight. Unless they have smaller wings on the car.
The secret, according to the competition, is in the intercooler. The compressed air is normally cooled down from 100 degrees to ambient temperature there. However, according to a technical directive, the rules give a little more leeway. The lower limit is 10 degrees below the outside temperature.
In the partial load range, the temperatures of the air through all instances are naturally lower than at full load. Since cold air is denser than warm air, proportionally more fuel can be burnt. And that means more power. If you manage to reserve the share of cool air for the first part of the full-load range, you have an advantage in the acceleration process. And this is where you gain the most lap time.

Sensor under suspicion
And this is how the whole thing is supposed to work. According to the theory of Red Bull and Ferrari, Mercedes manages to separate cool air from warm air for a while by cleverly routing the air between the intercooler and the plenum, thus gaining up to 20 hp in the initial phase of acceleration. Later, the compressor only pushes in warmer air and the advantage fizzles out.
For the time being, this would all still be within the permissible range. The question is how far the air that is fed into the plenum can be cooled and whether the sensor is mounted at a point where relevant values are determined.
Red Bull has its doubts. They believe that the sensor measures at a point where it is ensured that the temperature in the air collector is above the required limit in any case. Red Bull has now submitted an official request to the FIA. Some also speak of a protest.

Evo i službeno.

Pričali su vozači kak je Zandvoort uska staza i kak neće biti niš od pretjecanja, ali sad kad sam vidio snimku vožnje SCa po stazi sam skužio kako je to Monaco 2.0.

Meni je kul ova nova, proširena verzija s nagibima. Zadnji zavoj kao na Ovalu :D

Super je što ima tonu gravel trapova :)

Neće tu bit nešto preticanja meni se čini. Evenutalno bi mogli gledat ponovno neku dobru defenezivnu vožnju ako netko od bržih bolida završi iza drugih pa se ponovi Alonso-Hamilton

Danas su više bili pod red flagovima nego što su se vozili po stazi valjda :D

Kimi neće voziti ovaj vikend. Pozitivan je na Covid.

Smetat će po stazi

Nisam gledao Q1, ulovio tek Q2 al sta se desilo sa perezom? jbt max najbrzi a ovaj ne moze ni do Q2 doc :hitthewal::wtf2:

sjebala ga kolona na izlazu iz boksa, nije uspio brzi krug odvoziti

Svejedno je trebalo i to vrijeme koje je radio biti bolje, on mi je drag i dobar vozač, ali ne može se dogoditi da bolid koji bez problema bude P1 ili P2 i brži od Mercedesa završi u Q1 iza Williamsa, Alfe, Astona i Alpinea koji sva 4 nemaju bodova zbrojeno kao Red Bull.

To stvarno ne volim nikako kad se jedno vrijeme odveze za goli k, onda se čeka i čeka neki kao savršeni trenutak pa na kraju jedna crvena zastava ili kolona sjebu stvar i onda su oni krivi. A pogotovo kad su cijeli vikend izlijetali ljudi i to automatski vuče crvene zastave. Sve pet, htjeli bi taj savršeni trenutak da se odveze maksimalno dobro, ali nekad se to jednostavno ne isplati čekati.

Red Bull je napravio prilično pametnu stvar i kod Pereza je zamijenio sve dijelove pogonske jedinice tako da će Perez startati iz pita jer neki dijelovi imaju novije specifikacije. Perez tako sad ima već 4. pogonsku jedinicu i kaznu će odraditi sad kad se ionako loše plasirao na stazi na kojoj će se teško preticati.

Latifi će isto startati iz pita jer su osim mjenjača odlučili mijenjati dijelove prednjeg krila za drugačije pa tako i on mora iz pita.

Nije imao vise novih mediuma, potrosio sve.

utrka je jebena.
ajmo max - zaslužio je.
ali i lewis isto tako - izvlače obojica maksimum iz tih bolida.
vjerojatno obojica moraju još jednom u box lol

Race ništa posebno. Ali drago mi je da je to Max uzeo. Iako mislim da po pitanju zanimljivosti ni Monza neće biti ništa bolja.
