Mala fora za vlasnike gtx 470 i gtx 480. Skinite plastični poklopac, ne treba šarafit, samo se gurnu one plastične tiple u rupama i jednostavno stavite na hladnjak ventilator. Ja sam stavio 80mm S-flexa, smanjo ga na oko 1400rpm i grafa je nečujna. Najbolje od svega u loadu ne prelazi 70c, naklokana na 800mhz radi na 75c.

To sam ja radio na 9800GTX+, ali me zanima dali su ti se sad digle temp vrm-ova i tih stvarcica ?:chears:

Evo i nove top end kartice koja bi se trebala zvati GTX485, a imat će uključene sve klustere, dakle imat će 512 CUDA procesora.

Ne, temp, VRMa je dosta niska kod te grafe, osim toga može se ostavit stock vent nek se lagano vrti na 40% kaj je dovoljno da rashladi komponente u blizini.

Ne to nije nova gf100, tj gtx485. To je nereferentni dizajn sadasnje gtx480 kartice neke japanske firme

Nvidia Fermi GF108 GPU Die Shots Leaked Too

Yet another leaked Nvidia GPU is somewhere out there. This time it's the GF108 chip, which should be another variant of the Fermi family.
This picture, snapped and posted on XtremeSystems forums, shows an unblurred out version of the GF108, A1 revision. We gather that the card was seen in Hungary, given the forum poster's location and the 100 forint coin.
The die size measures an estimated 130 mm² which may point to the GF108 being half of a GF106, possibly giving it 96 SPs. There are also four memory chips in the front, and possibly four more in the back for a 128-bit memory interface. Interestingly, the chips are DDR3, not DDR5, which could put this straight to the entry level.

Sorry for ressurecting buried thread, but something new is about GTX 490. We already have complete card design, manufactured, tested, packed! Launch time was planned around this weekend, but NVIDIA cancelled this card for ever!

Stigla mi je GTX480, mogu rec da sam se iznenadio, igram Mafiu II, sve najvise, konst. 60 fps, i dosta je tiha!

Probat cu ovo kaj si reko, djeluje zanimljivo, zamijenit cu i pastu i sve.

Mogu si mislit kakva je to zvijer kad moja gtx470 fura mafiju bez beda sa svime. Pazi kad skidaš poklopac da ne puknu nožice jer su krhke i kad vračaš hladnjak da dobro legne

Corsair AX ili Antec TPQ kao i većina njih vjerovatno.
Proc nije loš no daleko je to od odličnog primjerka.

Nvidia to Release GT 430 to Rain on AMD Launch?

Rumor has it that AMD will be launching its Radeon HD 6000 series AMD Technical Forum and Exhibition 2010 in Taiwan on October 19, but word is that it won't be the only new GPU on the block.

Digitimes reports that Nvidia also has a launch planned for that very same day. Nvidia is planning to launch the new entry-level GeForce GT 430, based on the GF108, on October 19. Along with that will also come a price drop of the GeForce GTX 460 768MB to go up against the new Radeon HD "Barts" mid-range product.

While the launch of a low-end GeForce GT 430 GPU won't do much to threaten the much faster Barts line, the lure of an even more competitively priced GF104 could drizzle a little bit on the AMD's parade.

Nvidia Branded Video Cards Only Sold in Best Buy

Nvidia's video card plans only go as far as Best Buy stores.

It was a bit of a surprise to learn that Nvidia was selling its own video cards at Best Buy. The boxes were labeled as being designed and made by the creators, but in reality the manufacturing of the reference boards is by Foxconn and the tech support is outsourced to India.
Is Nvidia going up against its vendor partners in the retail space? Yes, but only in Best Buy, and only in the U.S., according to comments made to X-bit labs.
"We have no plans to do that outside Best Buy stores [in the U.S.]. It is a unique marketing initiative with Best Buy," said Bryan Del Rizzo of Nvidia PR.
Even though there are Best Buy stores opening up in the UK, it seems the first-party cards will be only sold on home turf.
The thinking behind this is that the majority of U.S. computer enthusiasts who know what sort of video card they want end up buying from an online source. Those who don't know what they want may just go into Best Buy and pick up a box with a name that they are familiar with.

NVIDIA stunned the computing world with a speedy launch of the GeForce GTX 580. The GPU was able to increase NVIDIA's single-GPU performance leadership, and also iron-out some serious issues with the power-draw and thermal characteristics of previous generation GeForce GTX 480. It is now that a dual-GPU implementation of the GF110 graphics processor, on which the GTX 580 is based, looks inevitable. NVIDIA seems to be ready with a prototype of such a dual-GPU accelerator, which the Chinese media is referring to as the "GTX 595".

The reference design PCB of the dual-GF110 accelerator (which still needs some components fitted) reveals quite a lot about the card taking shape. First, it's a single PCB card, both the GPU systems are located on the same PCB. Second, there are slots for three DVI output connectors present, indicating that the card with be 3D Vision Surround ready in a single card. You just have to get one of these, plug in three displays over standard DVI, and you're ready with a large display head spanning three physical displays.

The recent GPU-Z screenshot of the upcoming GTX 560 made us ask around and we can now report that the mentioned specifications are on target, i.e. those are the same that we heard from our sources. The new "GTX 560" is based on GF114 GPU that we already wrote about here, has 384 CUDA cores and should launch sometime in January.

Nvidia's new mid-range card has 384 Stream Processors and runs at 820MHz for the GPU, 1640MHz for shaders and 4000MHz for 1024MB of GDDR5 memory paired up with a 256-bit memory interface. The GTX 560 name isn't carved in stone and although partners are internaly refering to it as the GTX 560, Nvidia didn't officially announce the name and the card could easily become the GTX 570 SE for that matter.

Of course, these specs are what partners got from Nvidia. Unfortunately, the card is scheduled for January next year so we'll have to wait a while before we can talk about concrete information. You can check out the original GPU-Z screenshot here.
